Family Law | Separation & Divorce | Child-Focused Support
Calm, clear & completely in your corner
Life & Law Services
Separation is one of the most disorienting things a person can face.
Whatever stage you’re at — still processing, already in proceedings, or somewhere in between —
here’s how I can help
Finalising Your Divorce
When you’re ready to make it official — understanding the steps, the timelines, and what actually needs to be in place before you can apply.
Parenting Arrangements & Children
Practical, child-focused arrangements that hold up in real life, not just on paper.
Autism, NDIS & Parenting Support
Separation is complex enough. When you’re also supporting a neurodivergent child, you need someone who understands both the legal and the lived reality.
Property & Financial Settlements
Untangling shared finances, dividing assets fairly, and making decisions you can stand behind — even when the future feels uncertain.
Binding Financial Agreements
Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial. These agreements exist to protect you. Clear, legally sound, and built around your actual life.
Self-Representation Support in Court
If you’re considering representing yourself, you deserve to go in prepared — not guessing. Let’s make sure you’re supported, guided and reassured.
Reviewing Draft Agreements (Before You Sign)
Before anything becomes final, a legal edit to your parenting, property and financial documents can make all the difference. This is not the moment for “good enough”.
Legal Coaching
When you need a legal mind in your corner, without full representation. Ask questions, sense-check decisions, and get clear on your options — one session at a time.
Separation Coaching
For the human side of what you’re going through. Practical and emotional support to help you find your footing after a break up, make clearer decisions, and move forward with steadiness

Talking to Lawyers
(When You'd Rather Not)
Most people don’t avoid lawyers because they don’t need one — they avoid them because they anticipate that the whole experience will be intimidating, expensive, and hard to control.
This free guide helps change that.
You’ll learn how to prepare for a legal conversation, what questions to actually ask, and how to walk away feeling informed rather than overwhelmed.
Because you deserve to walk into any legal conversation feeling prepared, not powerless.

The Calm Decision
If you’re standing at the crossroads—unsure whether to stay, unsure whether to leave, or quietly knowing that something must change – then this is for you.
This book offers steady emotional support and grounded guidance through the earliest, loneliest stage of separation thinking.
Before decisions are made.
Before announcements are spoken.
Before the world needs to know.
You don’t need answers yet. You just need calm, clarity, and permission to listen to yourself.
About Me
I’m Vanna — a family lawyer who believes breaking up doesn’t have to be a battlefield.
Before practising family law, I worked in international human rights law. That experience shaped how I understand conflict and resolution — and why I believe outcomes don’t need to be loud or brutal to be effective.
Often, the quieter, more intentional approaches are the power moves that achieve far better results.
I’ve seen too many people lose time, money, and peace of mind to unnecessary escalation.
My work focuses on clarity, proportionality, and protecting what actually matters, so you can move forward with dignity — and without draining your emotional or financial reserves.
Thoughtful law, applied calmly and proportionately.
Serving New South Wales and Australia in legal services.
Serving the world in Separation-life support.
